All of our Peru beans are sourced from the Tiburcio farm. It is located in the Amaybamba community, INCAHUASI sector, La Convención Province, Cusco region in Peru. Its total area of coffee production is 3.5 hectares. With 100% Bourbon, Typica and Geisha varieties with a production of 3,300kg of dry parchment coffee per year. This farm was installed 12 years ago surrounded by virgin forests.
Sustainable social aspect: Tiburcio has been a producer member of the Valle Incahuasi cooperative for 12 years. They have been working together with the technical support of the cooperative, strengthening the quality of its product and giving transparency & fair prices to the producers. This entire chain production is very sustainable and offers high quality coffee to the final consumer.
